When you share information with us using our online contact form, we will use this information to contact you to answer questions you may have about our services.

The information we hold will be your name,  email address and the comm only. We will not keep your details for any longer than needed to answer your query or carry out services requested by you. For instance, if you wish us to pick up or visit your pet, we would need to keep your address stored until you no longer require our services

Where we hold your information:

Information collected on our contact form is placed on a hard copy document and held at our premises. Once the information has been added to our manual book all electronic and/or digital data is deleted.

You will remain anonymous, we do not collect personal information, except for that information that you provide on our contact form (name & email address, which we hold until we have dealt with the query/message you have written on our form)
